Complaints Policy
If you live in Oklahoma City, OK, elsewhere in Oklahoma County or one of the nearby cities we take requests from, this page shows where a concern should go. A few are ours to put right; for the rest, we point the way.

Concerns about us. Use the contact form if a page looks wrong, unclear or unfair, or if you think we mishandled your request. Name the page or the request and about when it happened. A real person reads every complaint and writes back.
Concerns about the contractor. The contractor that received your request is its own independent business. We do not employ its people, set its prices or direct its jobs. Raise any problem with an estimate, the quality of the work, a warranty or conduct at your home with the contractor first. Keep dated photos, the estimate, the signed contract, any change orders and every receipt.
Where else to turn. Oklahoma law protects buyers from misleading business practices and makes home repair fraud a crime. If you suspect home repair fraud, you can report it to the Attorney General's Public Protection Unit. Questions about whether someone holds the state license needed for plumbing, electrical or mechanical work go to the Construction Industries Board.
Why we still want to hear it. We may not be able to settle a dispute with the contractor, but we take it seriously. A pattern of problems weighs on whether requests keep going to the same business.
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Oklahoma law, and the laws of Oklahoma govern it.
