In brief. We route requests to one independent local foundation contractor, and that contractor may pay this site a flat advertising fee. Every visit, estimate and repair is the contractor's, never ours.
What this site is not. It is a marketing website, not a contractor. It holds no City of Oklahoma City contractor registration, no license or registration from any town and no Construction Industries Board license of any kind. It does not construct, alter or repair anything, and it offers no foundation or construction work. It does no plumbing, electrical or mechanical work and offers none. It offers no inspections of homes or foundations, and it does not inspect, assess, engineer, price, estimate, bid on, propose, schedule, contract for, supervise or guarantee any work.
The contractor. The business that receives a request works and signs contracts under its own name, not ours. It chooses whether to contact you; if you say yes, it visits the house, prepares any estimate and carries out whatever work you both sign for. We do not employ, direct or oversee it.
The fee. Any payment is a set advertising amount that does not change with whether a job gets signed. No homeowner pays us, and we hand homeowners nothing of value for a request: no gift cards, discounts, credits or anything similar.
What the fee does not say. A flat advertising payment is no endorsement and tells you nothing about how the contractor compares with others. You may seek other estimates and say no to any offer.
