How details reach us. Only two ways exist: the request form and the contact form. The site lists no phone number, so nothing arrives by phone.
What the request form asks for. The form collects a name, an email address or phone number you would like a reply at, the home's location and a short description of what you have noticed. We do not want or collect sensitive information, so please leave out Social Security numbers, bank or card details and anything about your health.
Who receives a request. Each house request is passed to a single independent local foundation contractor, and no one else receives it. We do not share it with other businesses, add it to mailing lists or pass it to data brokers. The contractor may use it to contact you about that home, and once it has your details, its own privacy practices apply. Notes sent through the contact form stay with us and are used only to answer you.
Storage and deletion. We keep each request with our hosting provider so it can be passed on to the contractor. The provider erases it on its own 90 days after it comes in.
Selling. We do not sell, rent or swap personal information with anyone, for any reason.
Technical records. Like most hosts, ours may log basic technical details, for example a device's internet address or browser type, to keep the site running and fend off abuse. We build no visitor profiles from those logs.
Your requests to us. Through the contact form you can ask whether we still hold a request you sent, or have it erased ahead of the 90-day mark. The guides are written for adults who own or look after homes.
Changes. If our practices change, the revised version will appear on this page with a fresh effective date. The laws of Oklahoma govern this Privacy Policy.
