Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you read foundationrepairoklahomacityok.com or send either of its forms. Foundation Repair Oklahoma City OK runs the site for homeowners and landlords in Oklahoma City, OK, the rest of Oklahoma County and the five cities listed on our service areas page.

  • No Cost to Request
  • Oklahoma Rules and Permit Basics
  • Local to Oklahoma County & Nearby
  • Slab & Pier-and-Beam Homes

Effective October 21, 2026.

What the site offers. Written guides on warning signs, red Permian ground, national cost ranges, Oklahoma's license gap, the City of Oklahoma City's contractor registration and who handles permits, plus two tools, a signs quiz and a pier cost calculator. Any request you send about a particular house is handed by us to one independent local foundation contractor. That is the whole of our part. Any visit, measurement, estimate, contract, permit step, warranty, payment or repair is a matter between you and that contractor.

Your part. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing; you may ignore a reply, get other opinions or simply wait. Please give accurate details about a home you own or have permission to ask about, and keep the forms clear of advertising, spam and unlawful content.

Reading our pages. Everything here is general and can go out of date. It does not describe your own house and is not legal, financial, engineering or geotechnical advice. Before acting on anything, check it with the contractor, the office that issues permits where you live, a licensed professional engineer or someone else whose advice you value.

Limits. The site comes as it is, with no promise of any outcome. As far as Oklahoma law permits, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. The contractor alone answers for its work, prices and promises.

Outside links. We link to public offices and original documents so you can read them yourself. A link is not a sign that any office approves of us.

Everything else. A term found unenforceable drops out without disturbing the rest. Updated terms will show a new effective date above. The laws of Oklahoma govern these terms.
